Submitting invoices, sick notes, personal letters, and forms is now even easier: snap a picture of the documents and securely send them to Envivas with the EnvivasApp. With the app, you will always know when we have processed your request or if there are still pending questions.

For all updates, we will send you a push notification. You can also see all updates on the app's homepage. And in case something goes wrong with your photos, we will guide you step by step on how to resend missing or illegible documents to us.

All submitted documents are permanently stored. If you wish, you can use the app simultaneously on multiple smartphones or tablets. This way, you will always have access to your documents anytime and anywhere. Even if you get a new smartphone, nothing will be lost.

Important information for you:

• Invoices submitted via the app do not need to be additionally sent by post to Envivas. However, Envivas reserves the right to request submitted invoices separately for review in individual cases; therefore, you should keep your original invoices for at least six months after submission.

To use the EnvivasApp, an existing insurance coverage with Envivas Krankenversicherung AG is necessary. The requirement for using the app is a one-time registration with your insurance number. To send documents from the app to Envivas, you need an internet connection (e.g., Wi-Fi or mobile data connection). The costs for data transmission when sending invoices depend on your network provider's rates.

We support the current iOS version as well as the previous version. You can also install the EnvivasApp on older iOS devices. However, we do not provide technical support for older versions of iOS.

Please understand that we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device for the EnvivasApp.
